Intimacy-focused therapeutic Coaching

trauma-informed | deep | somatic | sustainable transformation

My unique therapeutic approach invites you into the deeper intelligence of your body and subconscious. Together, we look behind the scenes—into the stories and inner narratives that quietly shape your behaviors and life experience to this day. Especially when it comes to patterns around intimacy, relationships, and the way you relate to yourself, there are often deep-rooted conditionings, old wounds, or early experiences at play. With a trauma-sensitive, somatic, and process-oriented approach, we gently explore where these dynamics stem from—and how they continue to show up in your life today.

You may already be aware that some of your inner parts are there to protect you. In our work, we go a layer deeper: we explore the wisdom that lives inside your blockages, symptoms, tensions, and recurring patterns. You won’t just understand that something is there, but why—and how you can begin to walk a truly new path from here. One that is sustainable, because it’s not about merely changing your behavior, but about discovering—or uncovering—the inner parts that already carry your answers within.

What sets my work apart from classical psychotherapy?
We don’t merely stay in the mind. It’s not just about “talking about it”—but about a loving, embodied listening through somatic interventions. We attune to your emotions, sensations, and the subtle whispers of your system. This creates a space where you can meet yourself with a new depth. I support you in getting to know the parts of you that may have long felt foreign, problematic or forgotten —and in experiencing them through a new, more holistic lens. Gently. Honestly. With the invitation not to “optimize” yourself or to “function better”—but to truly feel yourself.

Hi, I’m Juli.

I’m a trained Clinical Psychologist (M.Sc.), certified Sex Therapist, licensed Healing Practitioner for Psychotherapy (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie), and a tantric Sex, Love & Relationship Coach. But more than anything, I’m here to walk with you on your journey inward—with sensitivity, presence, and a genuine curiosity for what moves you.

In my work, I weave together therapeutic depth with somatic intuition.
I deeply believe that our bodies know more than our minds could ever grasp—and that true transformation happens when we are willing to listen.

My own path has taken me through many layers: From numbness, trauma and shame to an honest, embodied sexuality. From dysfunctional relationship patterns to true intimacy and safety. From not really knowing who I am or what I want to a deep connection with myself—and a life that finally feels like mine.

I don’t work with quick fixes—but with the invitation to meet yourself more fully. Not to “fix” something, but to get back in touch with your own embodied sense of being.

If you’re longing for a space where your full expression is welcome—including your doubts, blocks, and seemingly unlovable parts—I’d be honored to walk a part of the way with you.

“The coaching with you was the best investment of my life”

You might be wondering whether this space is meant for you. Here’s a glimpse into the women who tend to find their way to this work…

  • At the heart of it all is often the deep desire to BE MORE YOURSELF. More authentically you. More attuned to your intuition. More able to trust yourself again. That sentence—or something very close to it—comes up in nearly every first session I have with a new client. Whether it’s in the context of intimacy, relationships, or the connection with themselves.
  • Closely interwoven with this are relationship themes: Losing yourself in relationships. Breakups. Fear of loss. People pleasing. Emotional distance or the inability to truly open. Feeling stuck in your head during intimacy. Not knowing who you are outside of the relationship. Seeking clarity about whether to stay or leave. Yearning for a fulfilling partnership or wanting to take it deeper. Often catching yourself acting from your inner child when it comes to relational patterns—and longing to land more fully in your adult and mature self.
  • Another strong longing among the women I work with is this: Getting out of the head and into the body.
Since my method is somatic and body-based, this is a natural part of the process. In our sessions, we explore your patterns, blockages, and core themes through the body. Through this work, you’ll learn how to truly feel yourself again. This naturally brings us to emotional awareness. Together, we meet suppressed anger, held-back grief, and untouched pleasure, joy, and ecstasy—not just conceptually, but as felt experiences. Because sometimes, it’s the positive feelings we’ve never actually allowed ourselves to feel.
  • Of course, a central part of this work is also intimacy, sexuality, sensuality and pleasure. There’s a deep longing to live this part of oneself fully, to feel safe in it, and to reclaim strength, power, softness, and wildness through it. This work is about finding the delicate balance that defines your authentic sensual expression. Through various interventions, we explore what still holds you back—and how you can step into a whole new sense of confidence and safety in your sexual essence. Depending on our work together, this may include access to course content or practices such as guided Yoni massage. Because it’s only when we include our sexuality—the part of us often still wrapped in shame and guilt—that we can begin to feel truly WHOLE.
  • Many women are also drawn to my work because they seek a more holistic way to approach trauma—through the body. Whether the trauma is “big” or “small” (quotation marks intentional, because our bodies don’t measure trauma the way the mind does), the fact remains: trauma lives in the body, and can only be fully integrated through the body. Through feeling, not just talking. So this is not about endlessly revisiting painful stories, but about tuning into what’s present now in your body—and what may be blocking you from following your deepest longings. That’s where we begin. I primarily support women who are on their healing journey after sexual trauma, who had their physical, emotional or sexual boundaries crossed or those who are working to integrate attachment wounds.
  • Many of the women who reach out to me have already been “on the path” of personal development. This is often not their first stop—they’ve explored yoga, meditation, energy work, classical therapy, or coaching. Many of them also work in the healing field or have strong ties to it. And lastly, one important piece: Many of the women I work with are already very self-aware. They know their patterns. They’ve done therapy or coaching before. And yet, real transformation hasn’t fully happened. That’s where my work begins—beyond cognitive understanding. With my process-oriented, embodied approach, we go deeper. Where many methodologies stop, we keep listening. I truly believe that within every problem lies the seed of its own resolution—and this is something I witness again and again in my work. Especially in sexual shutdown, inner tension, and protective responses—there, within those very places, often lies the key. To deeper intimacy. To true connection. To your own, embodied yes. We don’t stop at “this part is just trying to protect you”—we listen for the wisdom that lives inside that part.
